YOU Can Look 'Red Carpet Ready' With These Celebrity Slimming Tips


The Oscars may be over but you don’t have to be a celebrity to enjoy our Red Carpet Slimming Secrets! 


Here are 8 Tips for your next ‘Red Carpet Moment’ or to accelerate your progress to True Weight:  


1. Brush that body. Get a dry brush and start brushing from head to toe! This technique will increase circulation, stimulate lymph flow and help eliminate dimpled skin. 4. Try interval training. Instead of your usual 30-45 minute same old boring treadmill routine, switch it up with some high intensity intervals —walk for 2 minutes than run all out for 1 minute and so on for 20 minutes to get a great workout.
